Job summary

Zurich offers a 10-week Change & Technology Management Summer Internship for undergraduates, based in Swindon. The programme provides real responsibility, a chance to own pieces of delivery, and exposure to Zurich’s change projects with potential progression to graduate programmes in 2028.

You’ll join a hybrid workplace, be required to work in-office at least two days per week, and engage with cross-functional teams across technology and business areas.

Qualifications

• We are looking for undergraduate students in their penultimate year.
• You should be on track for a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate discipline.
• Indefinite right to work in the UK and three years of residency required.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned to a project or workstream and gain first-hand experience of how change is managed in the business.
• You will have the opportunity to own discrete elements of delivery within the change function.
• Explore other roles within the change function and understand the wider Zurich business.

Whatyou’ll need:

Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplacestatedin this advert with the expectation to be intheoffice a minimum oftwodays per week

An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is notrequired

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build strong working relationships

Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment

Flexibilityand responsivenessin a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entryrequirements:

You must currently bein your penultimate year at universityand be on track to receive a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate (or equivalent)discipline

At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies

A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE

You must have an indefinite, full right to work andresidein the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must haveresidedin the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years
