Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Swindon is launching its Change & Technology Management Graduate Programme for 2027. The scheme offers real-life experience in insurance with a permanent role for graduates, starting in September 2027, and progression support throughout the programme.

You will develop as a future change and technology leader, rotating through Business Analysis, Project Management, Architecture and Service Delivery, while handling real business projects and owning workstreams from day one.

Qualifications

• Hybrid working model with in-office presence required (minimum 2 days/week)
• Occasional travel to other offices on project basis
• IT-related degree not required but interest in technology is desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems in Business Analysis
• Lead projects from initiation to delivery in Project Management
• Contribute to Architecture with strategic and innovative solutions
• Support Service Delivery with IT operational activities and stakeholder management
• Be assigned to real business projects and own workstreams from day one

What you’ll need:

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advert with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of two days per week
• Occasional travel to other offices is also expected however this will be on a project / role basis
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
• To be flexible and responsive in a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entry Requirements:

• You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelors (or equivalent) degree
• At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent)
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
• You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
