Zurich Insurance invites ambitious graduates to join the Change & Technology Management Graduate Programme 2027, based at Whiteley with a September 2027 start. You will participate in real projects across Business Analysis, Project Management, Architecture, and Service Delivery, gaining broad IT and business experience.

What you’ll need:

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advert, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advert with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of two days per week
• Occasional travel to other offices is also expected however this will be on a project / role basis
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
• To be flexible and responsive in a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entry Requirements:

• You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelors (or equivalent) degree
• At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent)
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
• You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
