Zurich is launching a Change & Technology Management Graduate Programme in Swindon for September 2027. It offers real-world experience across business analysis, project management, architecture, and IT operations while developing leadership and technical skills.

What you’ll need:

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advertwith the expectation to be intheoffice a minimum oftwodays per week
• Occasional travel to other offices is also expected however this will be on a project / role basis
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
• To be flexible and responsive in a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entry Requirements:

• You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelors (or equivalent) degree
• At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent)
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
• You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
