Zurich Insurance in Whiteley offers a Change & Technology Management Graduate Programme for 2027. It’s a permanent, full‑time role starting September 2027.

You'll rotate through Business Analysis, Project Management, Architecture and Service Delivery on live projects from Day One, with mentoring.

Requirements: recent 2:1 degree, 96 UCAS points, Maths/English GCSEs (A*–C), and UK work rights. Salary £30,600 with benefits including private medical, pension and annual bonus.

What you’ll need:

Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advert, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplacestatedin this advert with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of two days per week

• Occasional travel to other offices is also expected however this will be on a project / role basis

An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required

Entry Requirements:

You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelors (or equivalent) degree

At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent)

A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE

You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
