Southern Water is actively seeking a Change & Release Analyst to enhance its IT Change Process. This role involves managing change requests, ensuring compliance, and minimizing impacts to system operations. The ideal candidate will have ITIL knowledge, experience with ITSM tools, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

The Change & Release Analyst supports the management of Southern Water’s IT Change Process. You will ensure that the integration with the other IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, Asset and Configuration Management is as efficient as possible. You will also assist with the co-ordination, planning and control of change from demand through to implementation in live environments.
You will be the final check checking and validation of all technology changes to our Production IT estate at Southern Water. Through meticulous analysis of each change record you will significantly reduce adverse impact to our systems and also help ensure the successfully introduction of new changes such as projects, BAU improvements or fixes.

This role will be full time Monday to Friday 37 hours a week.
Southern Water operate a hybrid approach to working 2 days in our Durrington office.
We are offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
