Job summary

Haleon is leading a multi‑year Enterprise Transformation Programme delivering SAP S/4HANA and business-wide changes. The Change Readiness Lead will coordinate readiness activities and work with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training teams to ensure smooth adoption across markets and functions.

The role requires strong change management experience, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive behavioural adoption with robust readiness plans and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management within large programmes.
• Experience supporting global transformation initiatives, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations in FMCG.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional readiness across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Strong change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.
• Facilitation, coaching and influencing across diverse teams and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities across workstreams, tracking dependencies, risks, actions and milestones.
• Lead the Change Management Strategy and tools/frameworks.
• Develop and implement change readiness assessments and action plans.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance themes.
• Consolidate readiness insights to inform programme decisions and go-live readiness.
• Embed behavioural change practices to drive sustained adoption after go-live.
• Prepare readiness reports and RAID inputs for leadership forums.
