Job summary

QinetiQ Group plc is seeking a Change Manager to lead, coordinate and deliver IT change across projects at a Corsham customer site. You will oversee CR intake, triage, planning and implementation in alignment with ITIL practices and programme goals.

You will liaise with programme teams and stakeholders to support decision-making, maintain change documentation, and monitor performance against KPIs while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Minimum certification required.
• Experience in IT change management, preferably in the public sector/defence.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Change Requests from submission to delivery.
• Assess validity and feasibility of CRs with stakeholders.
• Maintain Change Management processes and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs/OLAs and drive continuous improvement.
• Report on Change Management activities and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and raise awareness of Change Management changes.
