SpaMedica Ltd, based in Bolton, is seeking a Change Manager - Governance to lead the organisation's Change Governance approach and provide PMO oversight. This hybrid role supports transformation initiatives, ensuring they are governed, delivered and embedded with measurable outcomes.
You will establish and improve Change Governance and PMO frameworks, aligning portfolio delivery with strategic priorities, and ensuring transparent reporting and decision-making.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday

The Change Manager is responsible for leading the organisation's Change Governance approach and providing oversight of the PMO, ensuring transformation initiatives are prioritised, governed, delivered and embedded effectively across the organisation.
Firmly grounded in change management, governance and portfolio delivery principles, this hybrid position provides a critical link between organisational readiness, project assurance, decision-making and benefits realisation.
The role holder will establish, maintain and continuously improve Change Governance and PMO frameworks, ensuring the transformation portfolio is aligned to strategic priorities, supported by clear controls, and delivered with transparency, consistency and measurable outcomes.
