Job summary

Experis UK in Sheffield is seeking a Change Manager to support delivery of business and technology change initiatives. The role blends on-site collaboration (3 days) with remote work (2 days) and focuses on coordinating activities within project teams and with stakeholders.

You will maintain documentation, track risks and actions, and facilitate workshops while ensuring delivery stays aligned with plans and regulatory expectations. This contract ends 30 April 2027 with umbrella day rates.

Qualifications

Role Title: Change Manager

Location: Sheffield - 3 days onsite / 2 from home

Rate: £350-375 per day - Umbrella only

The Change Manager supports the delivery of business and technology change initiatives by coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed plans and objectives. The role acts as a key contributor within project and programme teams.
