Job summary

Goodman Masson is partnering with an international organisation recruiting a Change Manager in London. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a salary of £75k-£85k DOE plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead business transformation initiatives, help teams understand and adopt changes, develop communications and engagement plans, support training, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in change management, transformation or organisational change.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled change projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
• Experience working within complex, international or multi-site organisations.

I'm working with an international organisation that is going through an exciting period of transformation and is looking to hire a Change Manager to join their growing team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys helping businesses navigate change - from improving processes and introducing new technology, through to supporting teams as they adapt to new ways of working.

You'll work across a range of transformation initiatives, partnering with project teams and business stakeholders to make sure changes are communicated clearly, understood by employees and successfully embedded across the organisation.
