Job description

Have experience leading change across a business, particularly when rolling out new systems or ways of working? Are you confident working with different teams and stakeholders, helping people understand what’s changing and why?

Have you delivered training or supported teams through adopting new processes, ensuring they feel comfortable and capable in their roles?

Can you spot when change isn’t landing as expected and step in early to address resistance or gaps in understanding?

Are you comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and managers, even when you don’t have direct authority?

Do you take a practical, hands‑on approach to change—focusing on what people need to do differently day‑to‑day rather than just the theory?

If you enjoy working closely with people across a business to make change stick and deliver real results, this could be a great fit.

Our Customer:

We are working with a well‑established and growing travel business that operates across multiple international markets, delivering complex travel programmes for B2B clients.

With a strong operational backbone and a focus on continuous improvement, the business is currently going through a period of transformation, introducing new systems and ways of working to support future growth.

They are now looking to bring in a Change Manager to play a key role in ensuring these changes are successfully adopted across the organisation. This is a highly visible position, working across multiple teams and locations, where you will be responsible for helping people adapt, embedding new processes, and ensuring the business sees real value from its transformation initiatives.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, people‑focused environment and is confident navigating different stakeholders, challenges, and priorities.

In return, you’ll be part of a supportive and international team, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how the business operates and evolves.
