About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. The People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance, and Quality & Risk Management teams work together to ensure Forvis Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies, and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

About the role

  1. Be an integral part of the Change Management Office, supporting the business through change and creating a change culture. Use change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increase adoption, and support the delivery of measurable value.
  2. Create Change Management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects.
  3. Act as a consultant for change management activities within business-led change initiatives.
  4. Complete change management documentation in line with the framework, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, and training plan.
  5. Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communications.
  6. Understand the impact of change on ways of working in the business.
  7. Build knowledge and support for change by informing training plans.
