My client, a Global Law Firm, is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their AI Transformation team.

This role involves creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximise team adoption and minimise resistance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Leading change management activities across the programme
2. Defining and leading a comprehensive change impact assessment
3. Working with the Training and Knowledge Teams to provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training
4. Identifying and managing anticipated resistance
5. Supporting and engaging senior leaders, coaching managers and supervisors
6. Managing stakeholders and ensuring engagement

They are looking for someone with:

1. Experience and a strong knowledge of applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools in key business programmes
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Experience working effectively at all levels in a global organisation
4. 5+ years of experience with large-scale global organisational change projects

This role is offered as a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at their Birmingham office, with the remainder remote.
