Interim Change & Communications Lead – 12 Months+

HW Interim Solutions is seeking to appoint an Interim Change & Communications Lead on a day rate contract for a consumer business.

You will play a key role in navigating a period of change and transformation, managing all aspects of global communication across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned interim change management specialist, with strong expertise in people-focused change, communications, and a proven track record in project management, coupled with deep expertise in People strategy. This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead while being hands-on.

This opportunity is offered on a 12-month+ day rate contract outside IR35.
