Job summary

Invisors is seeking a Change Management Consultant (UK) to lead complex Change Management programs as customers deploy Workday HCM and Financial solutions. You will design and deliver programs, collaborate with sponsors and executives, and drive adoption across customer teams in a remote UK setting.

The role emphasizes building change strategies, developing communications and training deliverables, and continuously improving our offering.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in change management or ERP system implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; engaging presence in a virtual setting.
• Adept at learning new systems, testing and troubleshooting to understand system design.
• Ability to work and build relationships across multiple functional teams.
• Willing to travel 20% (as local requirements allow).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative Change Management programs based on the customer's needs.
• Collaborate with Project Sponsors, Executives, Functional and Change Leads to analyze organizational climate.
• Build and manage program-wide Change Strategy and Plans, driving adoption and customer success.
• Develop high-quality communications and training deliverables and manage large-scale delivery.
• Identify and pursue internal initiatives to improve our offering to customers.
