Job summary

The University of Sheffield’s AMRC invites an experienced Change Management Lead to bridge cutting-edge technology and human adoption. You will join the interoperability team funded by a UKRI Future Leadership Fellow, shaping how organisations realise benefits from digital twins, AI, and industrial interoperability.

Qualifications

• Essential ability to assess and articulate changes between current and future-state operations using mapping tools (BPMN, Visio, etc).
• Outstanding verbal, written, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences and workshops.
• Strong interpersonal skills to listen, empathise, and overcome resistance to change.
• Evidence-based assessment with adoption metrics, KPIs and benefits tracking.
• Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborate across disciplines.
• Independent work style with strong time and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management plans and communications to maximise user adoption.
• Define and track adoption metrics and benefits realization.
• Organise training programmes, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Advise senior leadership on readiness and risk related to cultural shifts.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across industrial end-users and partners.
• Oversee go-live readiness activities and BAU handover to operations.
