Job summary

TXP is seeking a Principal Business Analyst & Change Lead to drive complex business and technology transformation engagements, build trusted client relationships, and support the growth of our Business Analysis capability.

Hybrid (Birmingham) role with a focus on shaping strategy, improving practices, and delivering measurable client value while mentoring team members and contributing to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Principal or Lead BA in complex transformations.
• Proven success delivering business analysis within large programmes.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
• Passion for developing people and improving practices to deliver client value.

What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor Business Analysts, helping develop capability across the practice.
• Support business development, solution shaping and pre-sales activities.
• Contribute to the evolution of TXP's Business Analysis methodologies, tooling and AI-enabled approaches.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience as a Principal or Lead Business Analyst, Business Architect, Change Lead or similar consulting role.
• Proven success delivering business analysis within complex transformation programmes.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
• A passion for developing people, improving practices and delivering measurable client value.
