Job summary

ISS is seeking a project professional with facilities management experience to manage operational change, mobilisations, and continuous improvement projects across the UK. The role supports integration into business-as-usual operations and is based in London or Manchester with hybrid working and travel to UK sites.

You will lead and deliver major change initiatives, maintain project plans and governance, and ensure lessons learned are embedded in future delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change or project initiatives within facilities management, workplace services or complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of FM operations and the impact of change on service delivery and business-as-usual activities.
• Experience in project management, PMO or change management roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage RAID processes, governance controls and structured reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
