The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Change Delivery Manager to lead and drive key cross-functional initiatives across the business. This individual will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and change programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and minimal disruption to business operations.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and Compliance to manage change delivery from planning through to implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and execution of business change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and business continuity.
2. Assess organisational readiness and tailor change approaches to address capability or resource gaps.
3. Track and measure the adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
4. Identify and address behavioral, cultural, and process-related barriers to change.
5. Support department leaders in guiding their teams through periods of change, fostering clarity and resilience.
6. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Project & Delivery Management

1. Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
2. Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
3. Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in a project.
4. Build and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring visibility and momentum.
5. Identify risks and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
6. Drive accountability, communication, and alignment across departments.
7. Ensure projects deliver measurable value and support business priorities.

Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

1. Understand the business model to prioritise initiatives and align delivery with strategic goals.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to set clear expectations and ensure buy-in at every stage.
3. Translate business objectives into actionable plans and tangible outcomes.

Requirements

1. 3+ years’ experience in project management, change delivery, or programme coordination roles.
2. Proven track record of delivering cross-functional business initiatives.
3. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
4. Highly organised with excellent time and project management abilities.
5. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
7. Experience in financial services or commercial environments is a plus.
8. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other delivery certifications are desirable but not essential.
