Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Change Controller to join our PMO team on a hybrid model from Derby, Manchester or Warrington. The role focuses on governing change across programmes, ensuring clear decisions are made with accurate baselines and reporting.

The successful candidate will coordinate impact assessments with engineering, commercial, procurement, finance, risk and project controls, and prepare governance materials for boards and reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in PMO, project controls or change management.
• Experience supporting change control in complex projects, programmes or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of change management, governance, approvals and baseline control.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of the change control framework across projects and programmes.
• Coordinate integrated impact assessments with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, procurement, finance, risk and project controls.
• Prepare governance materials, change packs and decision-ready information for boards and reviews.
• Drive discipline, transparency and ensures changes are reflected in baselines and reporting.
