We are seeking a Change Consultant / Assistant Manager to join our Consulting practice. You will contribute to various client engagements, support project success, and have exposure to diverse clients. You'll lead on challenging projects and regularly update the Director and Partner teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a sustainable career in a dynamic, growing area.

Our Consulting practice is part of our wider Consulting and Advisory services, made up of industry leads and subject matter experts. We drive change and innovation across this expanding department. Our consultants have transferable skills and collaborate across teams, leveraging project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and process improvement to deliver impactful results.
As a Change Consultant, you'll work with industry-leading clients across sectors on organizational change, process improvement, and strategic transformation. The role focuses on applying your change management expertise to lead successful initiatives.
