Job summary

BSI is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major organisational change programme from Covent Garden or Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis. You will translate complex programme changes into clear communications and work with senior leaders to drive engagement across UK and regional time zones.

You will help create a joined-up view of change, manage readiness, risks and dependencies, and ensure messages stay aligned across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working as a Change Manager within organisational change, transformation or operating model programmes.
• Demonstrable experience developing and delivering change communications alongside broader change management activity.
• Experience supporting complex programmes involving multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work with senior leaders and programme teams.
• Ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate communications.
• Experience developing integrated change plans covering impacts, communications, readiness, risks and dependencies.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving programme environment.
• Comfortable working across different regions, cultures and time zones when required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a joined-up view of organisational change across the programme, identifying overlaps, dependencies and potential areas of change impact.
• Translate complex programme and operating model changes into clear, practical communications for different stakeholder groups.
• Develop communications and engagement activity that helps colleagues understand the purpose, impact and timing of change.
• Work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build understanding, engagement and ownership of change.
• Partner with workstream leads to identify impacted audiences and ensure change implications are understood and addressed.
• Support business readiness activity, helping identify where additional engagement or intervention is required ahead of implementation.
• Coordinate change activity across multiple programme workstreams, ensuring messaging and engagement remain aligned.
• Identify change risks, issues and dependencies and ensure these are understood and managed appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with communications colleagues to ensure programme communications are clear, timely and consistent.
• Support leaders and teams as they transition to new operating models, structures and ways of working.
