We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with strong communications capability to support a significant organisational change programme.
As part of BSI’s Group Change Delivery approach, this is a practical delivery role where you will work closely with the Change Lead, programme and workstream teams, senior leaders and communications colleagues to ensure change is understood, coordinated and effectively adopted across the organisation.
You will help create a joined-up view of change across the programme, ensuring impacts, stakeholders, communications, readiness, risks and dependencies are clearly understood and managed. A key part of the role will be helping leaders and colleagues understand what is changing, why it is changing and what it means for them as the organisation transitions to new ways of working.
The role is based from either our Covent Garden or Milton Keynes offices on a hybrid basis, with flexibility required to work with stakeholders across UK, EMEA, AMAS and APAC time zones when needed.
