• Extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and work with leadership teams.

• Experience supporting organisational change and governance of communications channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a Museum-wide internal communications strategy and annual plan.
• Create and publish high-quality content across channels including leadership messages and intranet.
• Manage intranet and digital channels with governance and analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance leadership visibility and toolkits.
• Plan communications for major change programmes and organisational initiatives.
