Job summary

Atkinson Moss Ltd is partnering with a privately owned group on an Executive Board appointment for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will lead the group finance function, shape the corporate strategy, and drive financial performance across a £50M+ turnover business based in South Norfolk and surrounding region.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification executive experience.
• Proven track record at board level in mid-market businesses (£50M+ turnover).
• Strong commercial mindset balancing governance with growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group finance function and strategic financial planning.
• Drive budgeting, cash-flow, statutory reporting and long-term modelling.
• Mentor and develop the finance/admin team and drive automation.
• Oversee governance, risk management, tax planning, regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear financial insight to the executive board and shareholders.
