Stealth-Mode AI Infrastructure Leader (Represented by Stax) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide the financial strategy during a hyper-growth phase. You will spearhead a scalable FP&A function, manage global fundraising, and structure multi-jurisdictional finance operations to support rapid expansion into New York and APAC markets.

Qualifications

• CFO/Finance leader with AI-native SaaS or compute-heavy background.
• Experience managing multi-currency operations and international expansion.
• Proven track record navigating multi-stage VC rounds (Series A to C).
• Experience scaling finance teams in hyper-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital strategy and Series B fundraising planning.
• Build multi-jurisdictional FP&A and financial reporting for global expansion.
• Model unit economics for AI-native infrastructure vs SaaS margins.
• Oversee cross-border revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606) and governance.
• Scale a world-class international finance and compliance team.
