Job summary

Fresha, the AI-powered OS for beauty, wellness and self-care, seeks a visionary Chief Financial Officer to shape our global financial strategy and drive expansion. You will lead FP&A, disclosure, funding processes, and risk management in a fast-growth tech environment.

Reporting to the CEO, you will build and mentor a high-performing finance team across regions, partner with executives, and ensure robust governance, transparency, and strategic financial insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in finance or accounting roles.
• At least 5 years in senior/exec finance.
• Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, SaaS.
• Strong FP&A, reporting and accounting knowledge.
• Deep SaaS metrics understanding and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Fresha’s financial strategy aligned with growth.
• Set goals, KPIs, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across the organization.
• Manage investor relations, fundraising, and communications.
• Build a high-performing global finance team.
