Job summary

Stealth-Mode AI Infrastructure Leader (Represented by Stax) in London (Hybrid) seeks a strategic CFO to own the financial function during hyper-growth. You will lead a formal FP&A, manage investor relations, and structure multi-jurisdictional finance to scale the platform globally.

You will architect the financial framework, drive capital strategy, and build an institutional-grade team to support a multi-hundred-million-pound valuation while expanding into New York and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience as CFO/VP of Finance in AI-native SaaS or compute-heavy platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multi-currency financial operations and multinational expansion.
• Track record navigating multi-stage VC rounds (Series A to C+).
• Experience leading finance in hyper-growth tech companies with £50m+ ARR.

Responsibilities

• Capital strategy & fundraising for large Series A roadshow (£50m–£100m).
• Set up financial infra for rapid US and APAC expansion (New York, Singapore).
• Model unit economics balancing compute costs with SaaS margins.
• Oversee cross-border revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606) and governance.
• Scale finance and compliance teams to support multi-hundred-million-pound valuation.
