You will drive reporting, planning, and M&A activity to support a potential £300m+ exit. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with proven success in high-growth software, has buy-and-build experience, and can influence at board and investor level while building

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with SaaS/tech sector experience.
• Proven track record in buy-and-build and exits.
• Strong strategic partner to CEO and PE sponsor.

Aufgaben

• Lead finance function and strategic partnership with CEO and investor.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and cash management.
• Lead M&A activities from due diligence to post-deal integration.
• Strengthen controls, systems, and finance team scalability.
• Prepare equity story and vendor due diligence for exit.
