Job summary

Marks Sattin Executive Search is representing a PE-backed B2B technology business seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and partner with the CEO, Board and investors as the business scales.

The CFO will provide structure, insight and discipline across financial planning, forecasting, reporting and controls, while building systems, processes and a high-performing team to support the next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience as CFO or Finance Director in PE-backed environments.
• Demonstrable finance function development in growing businesses.
• Strong commercial understanding to influence growth and investor decisions.
• Experience supporting M&A activity, due diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting and controls to support growth.
• Lead the finance function, systems, processes and team to scale with the business.
• Partner with CEO, Board and investors on strategy and value creation.
• Provide commercial insight and challenge on growth, investment and resources.
