Job summary

Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking an ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth, PE-backed professional services business. As a key partner to the CEO and leadership team, the CFO will accelerate growth, drive profitability and deliver the value creation plan, strengthening forecasting and reporting.

The ideal candidate will own the finance function, provide strategic insight, manage lenders and covenants, and work with the PE investor on financial strategy and key

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), ideally chartered.
• CFO experience in a PE-backed professional services business.
• Involvement with M&A, including negotiation and integration.
• Proven experience supporting or leading an exit.
• Track record of re-accelerating growth and delivering meaningful value creation.
• Experience delivering PE-standard reporting and financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership.
• Strengthen forecasting, planning and management information to support growth.
• Manage lenders, covenants and liquidity; ensure robust funding.
• Provide Board and investor reporting; partner with PE investor on strategy.
• Drive automation and scalable processes to enable the next phase of growth.
