Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead investor communications, reporting and governance in London. You will own relationships with investors, craft updates, and partner with finance/legal on board materials and cap-table management.

This role sits in a fast-growing robotics startup on a path to IPO readiness. You will build IR infrastructure, track market context, and support equity fundraising rounds with a strong emphasis on clear, compelling investor narratives and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations or corporate finance, ideally in high-growth or pre-IPO context.
• Experience managing investor relationships with regular communications cadence.
• Experience preparing board materials, investor updates, and capitalisation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day investor relations and communications cadence.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Prepare investor updates and communications reflecting Humanoid's performance and strategy.
• Prepare board materials and capitalisation reporting with finance/legal teams.
• Manage cap table and equity-related processes with Legal, Finance and People teams.
• Maintain investor-facing governance records and disclosures.
