Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) is seeking an EMR Analyst to manage commercial operations for the CfD regime, guiding applicants and coordinating annual rounds. The role involves regulatory work, data analysis, and strong stakeholder communication in a hybrid UK setting.

You will prepare guidance, support applications, and act as a first contact for inquiries by phone or email, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in regulatory or policy context.
• Strong data handling and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of CfD regulations and NESO systems; produce guidance and training.
• Collaborate with team to deliver successful annual CfD rounds.
• Support assessments, dispute processes, and run auctions; manage key responsibilities.
• Assess eligibility of applicants entering the Round using SOPs and CfD Frameworks.
• Manage data files and systems to run the Round; identify and fix data issues.
• Build trusted relationships with customers via phone and email.
