Job summary

Hager Group is seeking a Quality & Environment professional in the UK to drive certification strategies for new and existing products. You will manage certification projects from planning to approval, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate testing with labs to support certifications. Collaboration with engineering and product teams ensures compliant, market-ready products.

The role emphasizes risk analyses, documentation, and maintaining product safety while enabling access to global markets.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in product certification, compliance, testing, validation or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical products, standards and conformity assessment processes.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into product impacts.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

What You Will Do

• Initial experience in product certification, product compliance, testing, validation or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical products, standards and conformity assessment processes.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate regulatory changes into product impacts.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English. German is a plus
