IN2 SaaS Recruitment is assisting a disruptive AI-driven document automation SaaS platform in appointing a Chief Executive Officer. You will own P&L, set long-term vision, and scale operations globally, including fundraising strategy and potential exit plans.

You will lead a capable leadership team, drive ARR growth and navigate North American market entry, while attracting top-tier software talent and maintaining a high-performance culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as CEO/MD/COO in scaling B2B SaaS.
• Experience navigating venture capital and fundraising rounds.
• Deep understanding of international GTM from Europe to North America.
