Experis is exclusively supporting a global, technology-led software business in appointing a Senior Vice President of Product Management. This is a rare opportunity to lead a substantial, international, multi-product SaaS portfolio, shaping the future of product innovation and driving commercial growth.

You'll lead an established organisation of senior Product leaders, overseeing portfolio strategy, product investment and the evolution of an AI-first Product operating model across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant senior Product leadership experience within a large-scale SaaS or enterprise software business.
• Proven record of managing multiple products and senior leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
• Technical fluency across software engineering and AI capabilities.
• Ability to lead strategically while remaining close to the detail.
• Commercial ambition and energy to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous CPO/SVP/Product leadership experience is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Product Management across a complex enterprise software portfolio.
• Develop and challenge an experienced team of VP-level Product leaders.
• Own portfolio strategy, prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Drive AI-led product innovation, adoption and monetisation.
• Work closely with Technology, Engineering, Sales and leadership to accelerate growth.
