You’ll turn ideas into action, build clear plans and compelling presentations, and explore AI tools and digital workflows to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, project coordination or senior leadership support.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident in creating presentations and turning ideas into structured plans.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders; comfortable with executives.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital tools and improving productivity.
• Bonus: experience in communications, social media or events.
