Multiverse is a fast-growing UK-based edtech scale-up focused on upskilling for AI and tech adoption. The CEO Office leads company strategy, drives international expansion and explores new routes to market.

You will partner with the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to shape the business and execute cross‑functional initiatives from day one. You will project-manage critical strategic work, coordinate due diligence, and help define bets that accelerate growth while maintaining a hands-on,

Qualifications

• Very AI literate and proficient with AI tools in daily work.
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy approach; able to wear multiple hats and execute.
• Highly commercial, strategic thinker with rigorous analytical abilities.
• Exceptionally organised; capable of tracking multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Genuine interest in workforce transformation, startups, and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate development, international expansion, and strategic bets with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate due diligence and deal execution across finance, legal, product and operations.
• Support post-acquisition integration and track milestones across teams.
• Define new strategic bets and routes to market; build business cases and OKR tracking.
