Job summary

Niche Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Centre Manager to lead a busy business centre in Chippenham. You’ll be hands-on, developing the team, driving occupancy and revenue, and building lasting relationships with customers and local businesses.

You’ll manage budgets and targets while ensuring excellent customer experience, day-to-day operations and active involvement in events and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a business centre or similar customer-led environment is preferred.
• Strong people leadership and team development ability.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving occupancy and revenue.
