Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts.
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross selling opportunities.
• Conduct centre tours for prospective clients.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client support.
• Renew and expand client agreements to maximise revenue.
• Manage billing, invoicing and debt recovery processes.
• Monitor occupancy levels, renewals and account activity through CRM systems.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Lead, support and develop Customer Service Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, GDPR and operational standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and facilities contracts.
