Job summary

Blue Gem operates some of London's premium workspaces and runs hospitality-led buildings where the UK's discerning companies work.

This is an ownership role to run a flagship Central London centre, with a clear path to Operations Director for high performers. You'll run the building, the team, the standards and the commercial performance.

You'll report to the Operations Director and begin at Dawson House, with movement between sites as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or similar environments.
• Proven ability to manage teams and build community.
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L literacy.
