Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Centre in Harrogate is seeking a Centre Manager to lead operations, governance and customer service across all service lines, ensuring high standards and compliance.

You will drive performance, manage large teams, develop local marketing, nurture client relationships, and apply insights from Net Promoter System to continually improve the patient and client experience while delivering profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare/mental health services.
• Strong operational leadership with large teams.
• Proven ability to engage employees, customers and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mindplace Centre activities to optimise performance and governance.
• Drive operational efficiency and resource scheduling for profitability and growth.
• Manage client contacts, relationships and local marketing efforts with sales to generate business.
• Use Net Promoter System insights to improve customer experience across the centre.
• Provide operational leadership with key corporate clients and support regional opportunities.
• Analyse satisfaction data, complaints and feedback to implement remedial actions.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements (CQC, HCPS, BABCP, CQQ).
• Oversee development and delivery of high-quality patient and client services.
