Job summary

Rocks and Wheels in Dalbeattie is seeking a Centre Manager to run the adventure centre, own the profit and loss, and grow bookings from schools, youth groups, families and outdoor enthusiasts. You will be responsible for commercial outcomes and day-to-day operations.

Initially you may be hands-on in the café or with a coach party, while you build a capable team and robust systems for sustainable growth. The role offers on-site accommodation to help relocation.

Qualifications

• Five core competencies expected: commercial drive, financial reporting, hands-on leadership, customer focus, stakeholder diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centre commercially and own the profit and loss.
• Fill beds with school groups, youth organisations, families and outdoor enthusiasts, growing all income streams.
• In early days, be hands-on, working in the café or welcoming coach parties, while building a team and scalable systems.
