Nova Training is seeking a proactive Centre Manager to lead the Telford centre's daily operations and performance. You will report to the Regional Manager and oversee teaching hours, occupancy, and staff scheduling to ensure high-quality learner experiences.
With a background in supervising training and relevant FE qualifications, you will drive engagement, manage safeguarding, and support centre teams across sites as required.
Contract: Full-time, Maternity Cover
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri,
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience & qualifications)

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Manager based in our Telford centre.
This is a management role, where you will be reporting to the Regional Manager. You may also be required to travel to different centres to support colleagues, a driving licence and your own car would be required.

Our programme delivery now includes; 16-18 study programmes, pre-apprenticeships, provision for learners with high needs, apprenticeships and 14-16 alternative provision.

The purpose of the Centre Manager is to be responsible for the planning, organising and coordinating of the daily operations of the centre.
