Job summary

Juniper Training is seeking a proactive Centre Administrator to support the Building Futures Centre in Westgate, Aldridge. This full-time, permanent role handles day-to-day admin, learner records, data accuracy, and frontline enquiries, keeping the centre running smoothly.

You will work closely with tutors and learners, manage enrolments and attendance, coordinate events, and liaise with external partners. The role offers a busy, friendly environment with generous benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Education or training sector experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A positive, learner-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and wider team
  • Maintain accurate learner records and data in line with GDPR
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for enquiries – in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Support the learner journey through enrolment, registers, and general queries
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
  • Keep the centre running smoothly with tasks like ordering supplies, filing, and scheduling
  • Monitor and report on attendance, progress, and performance data
  • Help coordinate centre events and activities throughout the year

Centre Administrator

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Location: Westgate, Aldridge, Walsall, WS9 8EX
Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

The Role:
Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for supporting others? Join our welcoming and energetic team as theCentre Administratorat our vibrantBuilding Futures Centre.

You'll be the heartbeat of the centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting tutors and learners to keeping things organised and efficient, your contribution will be vital to the success of our daily operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who’s looking for aflexible, rewarding part-time rolein a friendly, supportive environment where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and wider team

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role – education or training sector experience is a bonus

Desirable:

  • Experience in a training or educational setting
