A leading company in the UK is seeking a Centre Host to enhance customer experience. This full-time role involves welcoming visitors, building rapport, and ensuring a professional atmosphere in the showroom. This role is for 42.5 hours per week, from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
The primary focus of this role is customer experience. You will be responsible for making customers feel welcome by engaging with them and ensuring their overall experience with our business is professional and positive. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and customers on arrival, building rapport, listening to their needs, and directing them to the relevant team members (e.g., Sales or Service). You will also offer refreshments, encourage customers to browse the showroom, and work closely with marketing standards to ensure the showroom is presentable.
