Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is assisting a leading leisure centre in Surrey to recruit a General Manager. The role focuses on achieving financial targets, directing strategic and daily operations, and ensuring compliance with the contract specification.

You will drive quality management across the site, support staff development, and collaborate with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team on key projects. A minimum of 2 years in a large leisure operation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years General Management experience in a large multi-use leisure operation.
• Excellent commercial, operational and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the centre to achieve financial targets and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee strategic and day-to-day management in line with the contract specification.
• Ensure Quality Management Systems are interpreted and applied site-wide.
• Support and develop staff to achieve objectives and performance targets.
• Assist the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team with specific projects.
