Our client is a leading leisure centre and facilities management operator, that operates sites across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a General Manager to join one of their leading sites based in Surrey.

KEY OBJECTIVES

To ensure financial targets are achieved.
To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Centre.
To ensure the Centre operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
To ensure the Quality Management Systems are interpreted throughout the site.
To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
To assist the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team with specific projects.
