Job summary

Forces Employment Charity is seeking a Specialist Employment Consultant to coordinate employment case working support for the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and assist service leavers and veterans up to two years post-discharge toward sustainable civilian employment or other vocational outcomes.

The role requires building strong professional relationships, delivering briefings, and contributing to employment-focused activities.

Qualifications
